A rich antique Victorian 1880’s bonnet hat that has a Paris label. The hat is made of burgundy velvet and lavishly decorated with black beading, black ribbon bows and black ostrich feathers. The black silk chin ties are a replacement. The inside is lined with black silk. There are no age flaws. Check out other antique and vintage items I have listed.
