BRIM EDGE IS WIRED AND WAS COVERED IN BLACK SILK BINDING THAT HAS WORN OFF THROUGHOUT THE EDGE, MAKING STITCHING AND WIRE VISIBLE. THE INTERIOR IS LINED IN BLACK SILK DE CHINE. THE INNER DRAWSTRING HAS COME FREE. LABELED ON THE INSIDE. SOME SMALL HIGH POINT OF WEAR SEEN ON THE VERY TOP CROWN, COULD BE COVERED WITH TRIM TO HIDE. BRIM: 15 X 16.
