This beautiful and rare example is from 1930s Paris, it is constructed in a black ribbed sisal. It is formed in the iconic’sailor’ style, a rounded crown and waving up-turned brim. This one sports a ribbon trim to the front. The original lining sits within. Of an average ladies head size, approx. A stunning little thirties hat, it just needs that elegant bias cut dress!
