Very difficult to part with this as such an iconic and collectible hat from the 30s and 40s. The blue velvet is cotton and the bow has some strong stiffener to create that perfect look. Nice partial black lining and white stabilizer fabric. 54.5cm around inside band but is meant to be very snug and fits my 56cm head well as it sits above the ears. Please use the cart for this and request a total orinvoice. I use recycled packaging materials wherever possible. My mannequin has a very small headso some hats look enormous on her. My hats are usually verywearable and as sculptural time pieces, all are very collectible and I wouldlike to spread the joy of them worldwide.
