Unusual Vintage C1930-40 Brown Asymmetric Tilt Toque Hat With Bird + Feathers. It is made to sit on top of ones head so would fit most. The brown base of the hat is made to look like hair. I would say the bird is a replica of a real brown bird with a red beak an red crown feathers. Found recently here in Maine.
