MATCHING COTTON BANDS AROUND THE TOP AND DROPS INTO TIES ON EACH SIDE OF THE REAR. A GOLDEN ECRU SILK LACE LINES THE INNER BRIM WITH STIFF BUCKRAM THROUGHOUT THE INTERIOR.
