This Beautiful Cloche Hat is made with a Vintage Hat Blank and is 22 1/2 inches in size with 15 inches over the crown. The brim and crown are covered with a silky brown. The crown is decorated with wide vintage silk ribbon and antique silk ribbon work flowers with velvet leaves. In the 1920’s style. Couture and One of a Kind.
