We have for sale a vintage (estimated 1960s) labeled “Christian Dior Chapeaux Paris New York” hat. This hat is absolutely darling with its wide yellow ribbon hat band and mod style. It is in a very finely woven pattern, which I tried to show in detail in 2 of the pictures. Interior base circumference measures approximately 20.5. Please look at all pictures and ask questions before purchasing. As you can see, the ribbon has frayed on the edges or maybe it was made that way since the fraying is all uniform? And the hat has become a tad bit misshapen over the decades, but is still in lovely condition for its age. This is from my mother Dorothy’s (a Rosie the Riveter in WWII) collection. She was a fun, strong, and vibrant lady who had an eye for unique and beautiful items. Our hope is that these items find their way to people who will appreciate them as much as she did.
