Gorgeous Vintage 1920’s Cloche hat, made by the Rowe Millinery Company. This hat is made of a deep black velvet with a paisley-like trim, and black ribbon under the trim, with a huge embroidered floral applique. The lining is a light metallic green, and it makes a stunning contrast. Condition is very nice on the exterior! The interior has some fraying beginning on some of the edges, and one larger area of fray, please see pictures. A super hat to be worn on special occasions or a must have for any collector!
