This is an exceptional cloche, formed in hand-painted fine Milan straw, the painting being in an abstract Deco style. Porting a low sided iconic cloche shape, it is t. Rimmed with a cream and powder blue grosgrain ribbon and bow. The inner brim has a blue ribbon edge that shows prettily as the head turns. The silk lining is complete and has the Lasdon Deco label. A very rare detailed original cloche. In excellent vintage condition, clean and totally wearable. Of an average ladies head size, approx. Of museum worthy status.
