THE SILK THAT COVERS THE WIRE IS BEGINNING TO COME FREE. THE BRIM RISES IN A ROUND ON THE LEFT SIDE WITH THE TOP CROWN COVERED IN A BLACK FEATHER PLUME. THE INTERIOR IS LINED IN BLACK SILK TAFFETA AND A HIDDEN LABEL IS LOOSE ON THE INTERIOR THAT READS RH STEARNS & CO. THE INNER EDGE BRIM HAS WORN AND MISSING THE NAP OF THE VELVET WITH THE FEATHER PLUME HAVING SOME SMALL PINHEAD BREAK ABSENCES ON THE CENTER SPINE, I WOULD COLOR WITH A MARKER TO FULLY HIDE.
