Absolutely amazing late 1930s to early 1940s tilt hat! Colorful and fun, with a giant sculpted & stitched bow at back that covers back of head. Dark navy blue fabric backed in soft felt. Body of hat is a woven brightly painted faux straw, very sturdy but not crunchy or uncomfortable to wear. Made by hat designer Helen Liebert, with the best little tag. May be perched any which way on the head, and one size fits all. Still has original stretchy elastic hat band, that holds this little cap in place on your head. Complements many different colors and looks! Excellent overall vintage condition.
