1950s Bes-Ben Yellow Beaded Hat Space Age / 50s Designer Cocktail Hat Fascinator Avant Garde Modernist Asymmetrical. A magnificently odd specimen of a hat from the Iconic amazing Mad Hatter of Chicago, Bes-Ben! Curved to take the shape of the head, this yellow beaded piece has four , curved corners, three of which have white lucite discs that look satellite dishes, with yellow tubing come out of each center. The whole thing is covered in brown netting, coming over the front of the face. Condition: very good with no visible imperfections to the body, and amazingly no breaks in the veil! Interior has the iconic “Bes-Ben Made in Chicago ” label along with a hand written number tag “256”. All items come from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
