Philip Anthony Treacy OBE is an Irish award-winning haute couture milliner, or hat designer, who has been mostly based in London for his career, and who was described by Vogue magazine as “perhaps the greatest living milliner”. This hat is really beautiful… Its designed to sit slightly to one side although you can easily wear it straight on. It has a slight curl to the brim on one side which is intentional. I have had it for about 30 years now…. The out side is pristine…. I love the band and black pewter iconic emblem. The inside has some small discoloration marks to the silk lining and one tiny hole which I have pointed to with my finger in a photo. USED – Stunning – outside is pristine and clean – minor marks and one small hole to silk lining.
