This hat had no brand label and is labeled as a size 22. The material feels like wool felt and has netting attached. It has a spectacular three dimensional turban look. The netting has some breaks but they are not noticeable, see photos. It is in overall great vintage condition. It measures a little over 21 inches in circumference on the inside of the hat.
