1930s Black Straw Cocktail Hat with Netting / 30s Millinery Woven Weave Lattice Design at Rear / Maelle Darling little topper in a tightly woven black straw, it has a sculpted, narrow, almost cone shaped crown in overlapping bands. There is a swath of black, dotted netting that goes over the top and has a bit of a tail hanging at the rear. The back of the head is nestled in matching black straw, in a lattice pattern.
