Deco Black Sequined Cloche Vintage 1920’s Straw Flapper Evening Hat. Authentic black cloche flapper hat circa 1920’s. Constructed of fine & tight woven straw or linen. Heavily embellished with black sequins. Finished slit that can be worn on the side, front or back. Edged in a very detailed weave. Wide sequined band is scalloped on both edges. Band applied to the entire periphery of the hat & is slightly ruffled. Sequins are black but appear iridescent under certain lighting. Inside unlined but has very thin fabric sweatband. Size is not given. I can’t really measure the inside circumference because it depends on how far down you want to wear it. I wear a 21 1/2-22 and it fits me well. Condition is very good considering age. There are no stains or tears. There are some pokey threads and the sequined band is a bit loose in some places. Please read description/see photos.
