This Charming hat is very Elegant for any occasion. Made by Frank Palma. This is a sophisticated Hat that would have gone so beautifully with the fashions in the 1940’s. The red felt with black velour, rhinestone trim and horse hair with feather plume… This hat is on very unusual shape of heart (see my photo). The attention to detail. Very well done and Care for. Excellent vintage condition, clean inside and ready to wear. It is very difficult to find these hats in such great condition. I’ve seen miles of pavement and dug through the worst places imaginable to rescue treasures. I do NOT operate on a large mark-up, but concentrate on offering rare, unique and unusual items. I do this for the love of antiques and the thrill of the discovery.
