THE CROWN IS IN METALLIC GOLD LAME WITH THE GOLD LAME LACE FRONT COVERED IN BLACK SILK VELVET RIBBON, A LARGE WIRED JET GLASS BUCKLE WITH CRESCENT MOONS WITH A DIAMOND IN THE CENTER WITH BLACK FEATHERS SPRAYING OUT EACH SIDE. CURLED BLACK FEATHERS TRIM BEHIND THE STRAIGHT FEATHERS WITH A VERY ORNATE HAT PIN IN SEQUINS AND BEADS. THE REAR BRIM IS STITCHED UP AGAINST THE CROWN. SMALL FRAYED WEAR SEEN TO THE LAME ON THE FRONT HIGH SIDE CROWN. I PERSONALLY WOULD ADD ADDITIONAL TRIM TO HIDE. THE INTERIOR IS LINED IN TAFFETA AND HAS DEFINITELY BEEN REPLACED AS THE FABRIC IS MORE 1930. S THAN OF THE ERA. THE LAME HAS COME FREE ON THE REAR CROWN AND A SMALL STITCH WOULD RESOLVE.
