This is made with a light tan/ivory felted wool base with pheasant feathers placed all along the brim, floral sheer fabric overlay on the top of the hat and wide gross grain ribbon detail. SHOULDER TO WAIST: measure from the very top of your shoulder – where the seam would lie, down the front, over the bust, to your waistline. LENGTH: measure from the top of your shoulder, down the front, and to the point where the hem would be. Inseam measurements for pants would be measured from the inside of the leg at the very top of the groin, down to the hem.
