Vintage Stunning Kutz Black Feathered Bucket Cloche Hat w/Box 60s Mod Elegance. Very stunning fully feathered bucket/cloche style hat made by Kutz. Black feathers have some iridescent quality to them. Inside hat appears to be felt although there is no label giving material or size. Kutz label has a small amount of a glue smear. Union label in the brim. Box reads Fran Dessa of Nashville, GA and has written in ink on side “black feather”.
