This incredible hat is made of Polypropylene which is used to mold objects. I would say more then likely this is from the 80s Finished with fringe all around the hat to frame that beautiful face Underneath the brim it is ornamented with glass beading. Measurements for the Hat: Diameter 18″ Inside diameter 23″.
