A lovely Antique Victorian 1890s to very early 1900s Wide black velvet hat with underside of brim in a lovely gold gorgeous hat. The gorgeous feathers are accented with lovely rhinestone completes this wonderful piece of history. Inside circumference measures 22 1/2″ with a crown height of 4″. Brim measures 12″ x 14″. A great antique hat in original condition that I bought it in. I do as little restoration as possible to maintain the integrity of the piece but enough to make it a viable piece to wear and use.
