Introducing a stunning vintage hat by Elsie Massey. This satin hat features a beautiful train of tool, topped with dusty rose colored flowers adorned with gray and white feathers, accented with ruffles and lace and a ribbon tassel. Tulle train is soft and not scratchy. The multicolor design and solid pattern make it a great addition to any Edwardian or Victorian attire. Can also be used as decor and hung on a wall. Which is actually how I have used this piece. It has never actually been worn and is in excellent condition. Would make a fantastic Kentucky Derby hat too, for those horseracing fans. Trane measures 39 inches. Hat measures 14 inches wide.
