Ladies Black BERET Clear vibrant Floral/ Scroll Rhinestone Satin/Lace Vtg. Pre-owned, some fading on the satin band (not dirty stains), it has no smell, no snags, do not find missing stones. Well made, the scroll, floral design on lace over satin material- graceful & elegant design, there are 2 rows of rhinestone all around the circling of the hat which is beautifully decorated. There is a string in the Interior to adjust the size and the band can be unstitched 1″ larger of the original size which is 23 1/4″. The Top of the Hat, end to end is 15. Other than slight fading on the band which is hidden when worn, this Beret in excellent vintage condition and is rare.
