This designer hat is called a “cloche” it fits across the whole head, with part of it, fitting low down over the head, and the opposite side a bit higher. It is VERY 1920s, and came from Bonwit Teller. The designer is “Miss Alice”. The hat is in remarkable condition. There are a few tiny ding marks in the fabric, else it is in mint condition. I don’t know the size, but I measured the band around the hat and its’ 25 1/2. I have stuffed the hat with tissue paper to hold it’s shape; its what you see in the 2nd photo, not the hat lining.
